Meet Lindsay—
“My mission is to help optimize individual and/or group performance beyond physical capabilities, and provide the skills to train your mind using field tested, sport specific, and functional mental skills.”
Originally from Marysville Washington, I have recently relocated to Denver Colorado! I began Elite Minds Mental Performance Coaching to continue my passion for helping athletes, coaches and performers optimize their potential by providing evidenced-based virtual and in-person sport and performance consulting.
In 2020, I graduated from St. Lawrence University in New York with a B.S. in Psychology and minors in Sport and Exercise Science & Gender and Sexuality studies and also competed on the Division I alpine ski team. More recently, I completed my M. S. from Western Washington University in Sport and Exercise Psychology and will be pursuing my Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) certification.
Together, my experiential knowledge as a current coach, former elite athlete, and my personal experiences with injuries and forced athletic retirement have inspired my passion for strengthening the mind-body connection. I am excited to provide the tools for others to optimize their performance through mental training!
